GPP DFS Lineup Tips for NFL Week 3
It is that time of year that we start thinking about Daily Fantasy Sports and cashing on of those BIG GPP's over at FanDuel, Draftkings, FantasyDraft or Fan Picks.
There are some decent money making GPP’s that the Spooky Express will be giving some lineup advice for and hopefully one of our readers are able to cash in on this large prize pool.
You also should really consider entering a few lineups into some of these satellite tournaments so that when the NFL regular season gets here, you have a few tickets built up in your bank.
Let's jump in and see what we came up with for this week for GPP's.
DeShawn Watson (Houston Texans) – Watson hasn't put up the numbers you would expect but this week, he gets a gift in the New York Giants. The Texans get this one at home and should be able to put up some points on the Giants. Watson will have both Hopkins and Fuller in his toolbox this week and I expect a big game from the Texans. I love the Texans stacks this week and look at them to light up the scoreboard.
Mitch Trubisky (Chicago Bears) – I think Trubisky will go low owned and I think he is going to keep getting better each week of the season. Trubisky has plenty of targets in Chicago and now gets an easy game against the Arizona Cardinals. Their is concern that the Bears get up big here and they turn to Jordan Howard to control the clock but I think Trubisky will air it out in the first half and rack up some big points for GPP's.
Christian McCaffrey (Carolina Panthers) – McCaffrey has been a target monster in 2018, especially as a Running Back. McCaffrey has been targetted 24 times and is going to gain you points running the ball, as well as catching the ball out of the backfield. McCaffrey really hasn't had that big game that we thought we would see from him but this week, against the Bengals, the game could turn into a shootout.
Phillip Lindsay or Royce Freeman (Denver Broncos) – The Broncos are sort of going to a 2 man Running Back duo and either one of these guys can have a big game at any given Sunday. Last week it was Lindsay. In week 1, it was Freeman. Who will it be this week? I think you have to sprinkle both of them in various lineups to be successful in these GPP's.
Geronimo Allison (Green Bay) – Allison has been one of Aaron Rodgers top targets this year and against the Washington Redskins secondary, you can expect plenty of passing in this game. Allison has gone low owned in the first two weeks and may make it three in a row here against Washington.
Will Fuller (Houston Texans) – Will Fuller is one of those guys that is a constant threat to score a touchdown that you want in your lineups. Fuller has only played one game this year, which was last week, but he scored a ton for you in that one game. He brings a very reliable threat to the other side of the field opposite of DeAndre Hopkins. This week, he will lineup against a weak New York Giants secondary that has been thrashed in two weeks.
George Kittle (San Francisco 49'ers) – Last week, I will be the first to admit that he killed me, in FanPicks, Draftkings, FanDuel and FantasyDraft! He got targeted 4 times and caught just 2 receptions. That means everyone and their brother will run clear of this guy because he burned them last week. In DFS, you have to have short-term amnesia and forget about last week's results. Roll with Kittle in those GPP's this week!
Chicago Bears – How is Arizona going to move the ball on this Chicago Bears revamped defense. The Bears defense is a totally different unit with Mack in the lineup. The Bears will get you points with sacks and also won't allow many points from Arizona, who have struggled to move the ball in 2018.
