DFS NFL Lineup Tips: Tight Ends – Week 2
Rob Gronkowski Patriots
The Patriots are playing in a game total of 56 points and are favored by 6. The Patriots are projected to score the highest team total this week. The Chiefs did a good job of shutting down Gronkowski last week, but this week Gronkowski goes up against a bad defense and should put up better numbers in this one.
Kyle Rudolph Vikings
The Vikings are going to have to pass in order to keep up with the Steelers and the Steelers have the tendency to give up numbers to opposing tight ends. Rudolph is Bradford’s security blanked and I think he will come through in a huge way this week.
Zach Ertz Eagles
The Chiefs did a good job of limiting Gronkowski last week, but that was more Eric Berry than anything else. The Chiefs put Berry on IR this week, so that should be a good thing for tight ends in future weeks when going up against the Chiefs. Ertz and Wentz have good chemistry which should equal good production from Ertz this week.
Coby Fleener Saints
The Saints are going to have to pass in this game. They are 6 point underdogs in this game and are playing in a game with a 56 point total. Fleener had a disappointing first year with the Saints, but I look for him to have a good season this year in New Orleans. Fleener posted good numbers in week 1 and I look for more of the same this week.
Martellus Bennett Packers
Martellus Bennett had a decent game last week and this week he will have a more favorable matchup against the Falcons. The Packers are playing in a game with a 54 point total and Bennett had a good game in the Super Bowl against the Falcons last year.
Hopefully along with the quarterback, running back, and wide receiver articles you are able to put together a strong cash lineup. Our last article will take a look at kickers and defenses for this week, so be sure to check that one out so that you can submit a winning lineup this week!
