Draftkings has a ton of various GPP's and Cash Games this week for UFC Fight Night 103 for this coming Sunday evening and The Spooky Express has you covered with some tips and points to help guide you along the way.
Spooky Express Top Tier Draftkings Play
Drakkar Klose $9000
Our top tier play this week for Draftkings is Drakkar Klose. OK, so this play is not my strongest in history but the truth be told, I don’t care for any of the high end guys this week. That being said, I will stick with the article and went with Klose here. In this $8400-$9200 price range, the only person I can forsee getting a finish is Klose.
If you're playing a cash game, you could go with Joe Lauzon here but that is risky because Marcin Held hasn’t gotten a win yet in the UFC and coming over from Bellator, he is going to want the W! This is not only process of elimination, but I do think Klose will finish Devin Powell. Both of these guys are making their UFC debuts but the difference is Klose has fought much tougher opposition. Powell is going to need to get this fight to the ground or he will be in for a short night. I predict a 1st round finish in favor of Drakkar Klose!
Spooky Express Mid Tier Draftkings Play
John Moraga $8100
Our mid tier play this week on Draftkings will be an underdog, John Moraga. If you read the handicapping article, you know I really like Moraga and think he not only keeps it close, but I think he gets a finish here late in the second round. In the 2 losses that Pettis has, he was finished both times. 1 by KO and 1 by submission. I look for finish #3 for Pettis with Moraga coming out victorious!
Spooky Express Low Tier Draftkings Play
BJ Penn $7,000
Our low tier option this week will have some people scratching their heads but hear me out. Yair Rodriguez, all though I think is a very good prospect, has NEVER faced someone the caliber of “The Prodigy” BJ Penn. Penn has faced the who’s who in the UFC and is one of the few 2 division UFC Champion's, Welterweight and Lightweight.
In his last fight, he did look terrible, I agree, but throw that fight out. He was facing Frankie Edgar and Penn felt his best way to beat Edgar was to confuse him and strike with Frankie. I don’t see that happening here. I see BJ Penn wearing down Yair Rodriguez and their is a high ceiling here because if Rodriguez leaves a body part out there, BJ will take it and run with it!
Spooky Express Fight to Avoid
Nina Ansaroff vs. Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger
This week, if you read our handicapping article, we gave out this fight as an OVER 2.5 rounds and for good reason. Both of these ladies are 0-2 in the UFC and absolutely in urgent need of a win. A loss here could land them a pink slip so they will both be very reserved with their game plan. Their past 2 fights each, have both ended by going the distance. Jones-Lybarger’s 7 out of her 8 pro fights have all gone the distance. That will NOT get your DK points and NOT what you need to have on a winning team! AVOID THIS FIGHT!!!
