Monday, Sept. 2, 2019 – Labor Day

Here it is, the last day of the Saratoga racing season. I can’t believe it is here. We did very well this year especially in the first half of the year.   Thank you all for visiting the website. From here out I will have some weekend picks until the Gulfstream Park Championship meet which starts in December.

Lets do this today! Pay attention to the weather today.

Race 3

3 – DAYS OF GLORY – Santana/Asmussen. Second try on turf with a drop in class. Use in all wagers.

8 – SEANOW – Saez/Pletcher – Caught a sloppy track last race, now goes back to turf. Won the race befoe that on truf. Pletcher uses Saez on turf when he has them ready.

9 – SPINNING KITTEN – Gargan/Irad Ortiz.  Horse is bred for turf out of KITTENS JOY. Been in the money three of four races.  Use in all wagers.

Race 5

3 – ZAP DADDY – Jason Servis/Irad Ortiz.   Servis hits at 33% first off the claim.  Use in all wagers.

5 – LABEQ – McLaughlin/Davis – Horse tries turf for the third race of the form cycle. He has improved each time on the turf.  Use in exotics.

8 – CLYDES RUNNER – Bush/Castellano.  Sticking with Bush on the turf. He hits at 80% in the money. Castellano only helps.

Race 9 – THE BERNARD BARUCH – Grade 2

2 – EMARAATY – Brown/Castellano. Why not have the best trainer win the last Graded turf race of the year. Horse is actually second off the layoff after winning debut with a 94 Beyer. WIN!

3 – QURBAAN – Rosario/McLaughlin.  Rosario sticks to the mount after coming in third last race. He will rate and close, but will have to be ready for the horse prior.

6- SACRED LIFE – Brown/Irad Ortiz. Horse came in second last race here at Saratoga with a 98 Beyer. He is third race of the form cycle and will be in prime form.

MOST LIKELY TO WIN

Race 1 – DOSWELL

LONG SHOT OF THE DAY

Race 5 – CLYDE’S RUNNER
