The $75,000 Blue Sparkler Stakes will run as Race 9 on the July 11 card at Monmouth Park.
The race for 3-year-old fillies will cover 5 1/2 furlongs on the turf and include names like Miss J McKay and Call on Mischief among the field of ten.

Maxis, Madaket, and Wonder Stables’ Miss K McKay is coming into the Blue Sparkler Stakes as the morning-line favorite at 3/1.
Trained by Cathal Lynch, the daughter of Hangover Kid has a career record of 2-2-2 from six starts and earnings of $141,553. In her only 2020 start, she put forth a third-place effort.
That third-place finish came on June 21 in the Lady Shipman Stakes (Black Type) at Belmont Park.
The filly also finished second in the Dec. 7 Maryland Juvenile Filly Championship Stakes (Black Type) at Laurel Park and the Nov. 10 Steward Manor Stakes (Black Type) at Aqueduct.
Her last victory came back on Sept. 28 in the Anne Arundel County Stakes (Black Type) at Laurel Park.
Miss J Mckay will break from post 7 under jockey Jorge Vargas, Jr.
Her biggest competition could come from the second-choice Call on Mischief, whose morning-line is at 4/1.
Owned by Phoenix Thoroughbred and trained by Michael Stidham, the daughter of Into Mischief has a career record of 2-2-1 from eight starts and earnings of $90,260.
She finished back in ninth last time out in the June 21 Lady Shipman Stakes (Black Type) at Belmont, which followed a second-place effort in a May 16 allowance race at Churchill Downs.
The filly scored an allowance optional claiming race back on Feb. 24 at Fair Grounds.
Call on Mischief will break from the outside post 10 under Joe Bravo.
Another top runner coming into the Blue Sparkler Stakes is Three Chimneys Farm and Blazing Meadows Farm’s Fast Scene.
Trained by Timothy Hamm, the daughter of Fast Anna has a career record of 3-1-0 from six starts and earnings of $136,551.
Her only 2020 start was a second-place effort in a May 9 allowance race at Gulfstream. The race before that came back on Oct. 6, when she finished ninth in the Indian Summer Stakes (Black Type) at Keeneland.
On Sept. 15, she took the Woodbine Cares Stakes (Black Type) at Woodbine.
Fast Scene will break from post 9 under Hector Rafael Diaz, Jr. Her morning-line is at 9/2.
