Churchill Downs Picks: Mrs. Revere Stakes (G2), Clark Stakes (G2) & Del Mar Hollywood Turf Cup Best Bets – November 28, 2025
Churchill Downs Race 10 Mrs Revere Stakes Grade 2
1 Lush Lips joined the ranks of a Grade 1 winner when defeating a competitive field of 8 in the QE ll Cup Stakes. Filly is by far the most accomplished of her competitors today and just seems a cut above her rivals in here today. Top Pick
10 Pretty Picture is lightly raced daughter of Munnings who exits a strong third place finish in the Grade 2 Sands Pointe Stakes at the Big A. Jockey Flavien Prat choose this gal over few other options in here and that speaks volumes. Filly was compromised by a slow early pace last out but still was able to close with authority. A likely quicker pace today should set up this Chad Brown trainee’s late kick. Win Contender
2 Fast Market has run two very good races since finally breaking maiden in her 8th start. She was a neck away from victory in the G2 Sands Pointe and most recently won the Grade 3 Pebbles Stakes. Trainer brings this Filly on just a week’s rest which is a concern but he must like what he sees in this daughter of Volatile. Major Threat

Churchill DownsRace 11 Clark Stakes Grade 2
6 Rattle N Roll makes his third start of the form cycle for trainer Kenny McPeek. 6 year old was last seen finishing a fast closing second in the G3 Fayette Stakes at Keeneland. He’s the defending Champ of this race and is a 4-time winner here at Churchill. Win Contender
3 Hit Show has won 3 of his last 5 starts which includes the prestigious G1 Dubai World Cup. He’s a 5 time winner at this distance and the work tab looks tight. Hard to leave this stud off your tickets. Win Contender
9 Magnitude is one of many 3 year old in here taking on older horses and appears to have the best shot of upsetting his elders today. He comes out of a good second in the Pennsylvania Derby to the highly regarded Baeza and ran a 104 Bris speed figure. Jose Ortiz is in the irons today. Don’t Ignore

Del Mar Race 7 Hollywood Turf Cup Stakes Grade 2
7 Truly Quality is the defending Champ of this race but has yet to find the winners circle in 2025 in two starts. Gelding finished 4th beaten by just a neck in the G2 Del Mar Handicap last out and appears to be getting back in form. He sports good tactical speed and should be tracking a tepid pace in race that lacks want the lead types. Win Contender
1 Balladeer appears to be the lone speed in a paceless race which is always dangerous. I wouldn’t be surprised if this 6 year old takes them gate to wire today. Win Contender
8 Balnikhov would be my pick if the pace was hot early but he’ll likely be compromised by a tepid pace upfront. He’s a closer in a race that lack any early speed. Use Underneath
