Fair Grounds Race 5
- 6 Fionn steps up the class ladder off a very impressive Maiden breaking score over this turf course here at the Fair Grounds. This Brad Cox trainee was able to close into a pedestrian pace that day and came home strong while well in hand. This Jockey/ Trainer combo has won 40% of their races here in the last two weeks. Win Contender
- 2 Tanti Auguri was a powerful winner in debut while sprinting on the green here. Filly has the pedigree to go long, so routing for the first time should not be problem. Jose Ortiz rides back off the Maiden score. Win Contender
- 3 Pondering has been totally overmatched in his last two Grade 1 attempts. Connections got overzealous off this Filly’s Maiden Win at Ellis Park. Gal has been off for 3 months and tries the blades for the first time today. She’s been training extremely well and has some good turf breeding in her lines. Don’t Ignore
Selections 6-2-3-4

Aqueduct Race 8
- 4 Miss Lao has been knocking on the door at this level in her last two races. Most recently finishing third to a runaway winner Speightful Lily. This Gal didn’t get the best of rides that day and was pinned on a dead rail. I believe this Filly moves forward off her last race and scores at a price. Win Contender
- 11 My Magic Wand has won back-to-back races since her 5th place debut. She’s shown good tactical speed and should get a good position early despite the 11 post. I always love a horse who can win when taking on winner’s for the first time. Don’t sleep on this daughter of Gun Runner. Win Contender
- 3 Al’s Ruby is unbeaten in 2 starts here at the Big A. This Christophe Clement trainee does have some speed to her outside, so she might not able to wrestle the early lead. I feel she’s a bit vulnerable in this spot today. Use With Caution
Selections 4-11-3-8
Gulfstream Park Race 9
- 4 Lush Lips was an impressive 7 length winner while breaking her a Maiden here on the All-Weather surface. She gets back on turf where she’s had mixed results. There is absolutely no speed signed on in this race and this gals best chance to win would be to try to steal this race on the front end. Win Contender
- 7 Origami is a Del Mar shipper rallied to be third in the Grade 3 Cecil B. DeMill Stakes. She gets first time juice and makes her second start off the pine. Win Contender
- 3 Ramsey Pond is another in here who should be a player with the drop in class. Major Threat
Selections 4-7-3-6
