2024 Men's Wimbledon: Top 10 Seeds and Betting Odds

1. Jannik Sinner +175

2. Novak Djokovic +275

3. Carlos Alcaraz +230

4. Alexander Zverev +1400

5. Daniil Medvedev +2800

6. Andrey Rublev +6600

7. Hubert Hurkacz +1400

8. Casper Ruud +5000

9. Alex de Minaur +2200

10. Grigor Dimitrov +3300

Some recognizable names are out of the Top 10 right now, including 11th seed Stefanos Tsitsipas and 15th seed Holger Rune, and four American players within the Top 20 seeds. The list of Americans includes Tommy Paul (12), Taylor Fritz (13), Ben Shelton (14), and Sebastian Korda (20).

Sinner and Alcaraz are co-favorites at +175 and +235, respectively, in the latest Wimbledon odds from EveryGame. Djokovic follows closely at +275, with Sascha Zverev and Hubert Hurkacz priced at +1400.

Alex De Minaur and Jack Draper are both valued at +2200, while Medvedev (+2800) and Matteo Berrettini (+3300) are some of the dark horses to consider, with the 2021 finalist Berrettini leveled with USA's top seeds Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul.

Carlos Alcaraz

After winning at the 2024 French Open and maintaining a 17-3 grass court record, Carlos Alcaraz is one of the frontrunners for the Wimbledon men's singles title.

Ranked third in the ATP Rankings, Alcaraz, 21, has clinched titles at Indian Wells and the French Open this year. However, securing consecutive Grand Slam titles will be challenging due to a competitive field featuring top-ranked Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev, and Hubert Hurkacz.

With limited grass-court experience until his remarkable, unbeaten 12-0 run last season, the Spaniard should be able to find his form in the early rounds of this year's Wimbledon.

Even though his build-up could have been better (he lost his match with Jack Draper in Queen's), Alcaraz still has a good draw. Thus, it would be a big upset if the 21-year-old three-time Grand Slam champion leaves the competition before the semifinals.

His recent loss to Draper shouldn't bother him much, and Alcaraz looks more than ready to defend his title.

Novak Djokovic

Whereas Alcaraz will be keen to defend his title, Novak Djokovic is bidding for a record-extending 25th Grand Slam title to tie Roger Federer's all-time record of eight Wimbledon singles crowns.

Novak Djokovic, boasting 98 career titles, including 24 Grand Slam Championships, has been a dominant force throughout his glorious career. With a 1,105-219 record, he holds the third-most career titles in the Open Era, including a record 71 Big Titles.

Despite knee surgery following his French Open victory over Francisco Cerundolo, the 37-year-old Serbian remains a strong contender if he's fully fit and, most importantly, if he manages to conserve his energy for the challenging second week of the tournament.

Jannik Sinner

Steadily progressing over the past years, Jannik Sinner aims for his second Grand Slam of the season. The Italian, who won the Australian Open title in remarkable fashion this spring, also reached the semifinals at Roland Garros.

Having won the title in Halle last month, Sinner returns to Wimbledon with one clear purpose-to go one step further. The Italian first reached the Wimbledon quarterfinals in 2022 and then made the next step to reach the semifinals last year, losing to Novak Djokovic on both occasions. Since then, Sinner has evolved to become the best version of himself.

At 22, he has a 38-3 record in 2024, including 5-0 on grass courts, and holds 15 career singles titles. He became the highest-ranked Italian singles player, reaching No. 1 on June 10.

Alexander Zverev

Alexander Zverev, seeking his first Grand Slam title, has 23 career championships and 12 runner-up finishes. This year, he's won two tournaments and holds a 37-11 record, including 3-1 on grass. After reaching the French Open final and Australian Open semifinals, Zverev is determined to break through at Wimbledon.
