Los Angeles Rams at Green Bay Packers

I did pretty good last week, so hopefully, we can keep it up with this week. The Rams managed to pull off the upset against the Seahawks. It wasn’t really a surprise if you have followed this rivalry. Los Angeles always plays them tough. Plus, the Seahawks declined as the season went on. Can LA pull off another upset. No chance. Well, I guess maybe there is a chance. If Jalen Ramsey can shut down Davante Adams and Aaron Donald can take care of plugging the middle, there is a good chance to shut down the offense. You would still need Jared Goff to put up some points. Even with a great defensive performance, you can only slow down Aaron Rodgers so much. Goff won’t be able to keep up with him.

PICK: GREEN BAY -7      UNDER 45.5

Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills

It might be a Buffalo home game, but the Ravens might be the team that is better built for the weather. Baltimore is clearly the better rushing team since the Bills rely heavily on Josh Allen’s arm. Stefon Diggs will be able to put up some yards in this game. I’m not saying that Allen and Diggs won’t take care of business; however, Lamar Jackson and JK Dobbins will run all over this defense. It will be a great game. Allen has the chance to prove that he is legit. Jackson gets a redo after an early exit from the playoffs last year. It’s hard to pick, but I’m leaning towards the Bills.

PICK: BUFFALO -2.5    OVER 49.5

Cleveland Browns at Kansas City Chiefs

Cleveland pulled off a huge win last week even without their head coach in the building. The game was over in the first quarter when the Browns took a 28-0 lead. They played incredibly well to end a 25-year streak without a playoff win. That is where the season ends though. Kansas City is above every team in the league, and there is no chance that Cleveland pulls this one out. The Chiefs will get to host the winner of the Buffalo/Baltimore game. I really think Patrick Mahomes is heading to a second straight Lombardi trophy.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers barely made it past the Washington Football Team last week. What makes anyone believe they can compete with the Saints? First, the Saints beat them both time that they played each other in the regular season. Second, the Bucs only beat one team with a winning record all season (Green Bay). This game is over before it starts. I don’t care who Brady is, they aren’t winning in the Superdome against Drew Brees.
