The Vegas Golden Knights and Vancouver Canucks will get to play Game 7 action on Friday night as someone looks to advance to the next round. The game starts at 9:00PM ET inside the Edmonton bubble and will be televised on NBCSN.
The Golden Knights had all the momentum in this series with a 3-1 series lead after four games. They had outscored the Canucks 13-3 throughout their three wins and it seemed like they would have no issue finishing off Vancouver.
The Canucks responded, though. They outscored the Golden Knights 6-1 in the past two games to tie the series up at three games a piece. They managed to force a Game 7, one of the most exciting games in all of hockey.
Can the Vancouver Canucks Complete Their Comeback?
The Vancouver Canucks have seen a bit of resurgence these past two games and it has all been thanks to goaltender Thatcher Demko. He made his postseason debut two games ago and has accumulated 100 saves in his first two starts, only allowing one goal.
He has been exactly what this team needed and has made it extremely difficult for Vegas to get anything at the net. If they can continue to get that type of play from their goaltender, they’ll have no issue winning their third straight on Friday.
Will the Vegas Golden Knights Continue Their Stumble?
It’s been a disappointing past few days for the Vegas Golden Knights, but they haven’t completely lost hope. There’s still one more game to close this series up, something they’ve been trying to do for what seems like forever.
They’ll need to get back to their scoring ways on Friday. It’s what brought them this far and it’s their best shot at winning. We’ll see how much they have left in the tank and if they can get the type of goaltending they need to slide through to the next round.
Vancouver Canucks vs. Vegas Golden Knights Betting Lines

What’s Our Pick?
I like what I’ve seen from the Vancouver Canucks the past two games. They’ve had the best goaltending we’ve seen in the playoffs and matched that with some quality scoring, including three goals in the final period.
At the same time, I don’t know if it will last. The Vegas Golden Knights are still the team we know they are. It’s not going to be easy for Vancouver to finish off their comeback and I think Vegas will hold steady for a Game 7 victory on Friday.
Final Score 3-1, Vegas Golden Knights.
