The tennis world sets their eyes on Cincinnati, Ohio with a Masters 1000 tournament taking place this week.

- Rafael Nadal is not participating this year in Cincinnati, making this much easier for the likes of Djokovic or Federer to win the tournament. The less competition, the better for everybody else. Rafa Nadal cited fatigue as the reason for pulling out, so we expect him to be resting up in the hopes of being 100% for the US Open.
– Novak Djokovic won this tournament in 2018, making it a first for him here. He is eager to defend his points to stay at #1 in the rankings. You will probably see Djokovic making an extra effort to win Cincinnati for the second year in a row. Last year he beat Federer in the final, which led to Novak winning all nine Masters 1000 tournaments at least once.
– Andy Murray is back! Murray is coming back from hip surgery which has led him to be inactive for the past 5 months. He starts off the first round against Richard Gasquet which will prove to be a difficult test for him. We don't expect him to get far in the tournament, but this is a perfect training ground for the US Open.
– Roger Federer is looking for some revenge from last year's final against Novak. Expect Federer to come out in full swing as he looks to gather some ranking points with the year coming to a close soon. Roger Federer has won Cincinnati 7 times, so we know he is familiar with the setting and will probably have the crowd on his side.
– Don't count out Marin Cilic and Grigor Dimitrov. Both of these players have won Cincinnati before, so if they can do it once, they most definitely can do it twice. Cilic won the tournament in 2016 while Dimitrov won this the following year in 2017.
