Being the first fight in any given fighting night is a lot of pressure to perform since all eyes will be on you to make a first impression. However, the UFC typically has great opening battles in the prelims, and this one is another example.
Opening for the next event is a women’s Strawweight battle between Diana Belbita and Hannah Goldy. These two are aiming to impress and improve their resumes.

Both fighters are looking to rebound after tough losses. They also each only have two UFC battles on their resume, with Goldy having slightly better stats and success.
Belbita will need to win the striking matchup and take control of the ground if she wants to win. Goldy does not appear as balanced on her resume as she relies mostly on her striking.
Overall, Belbita has a balanced resume that could come in handy here. Look for her to take this battle the distance.
